Until now, the calendar rolls used in the paper manufacturing process, which relied on steam or oil heating, had the drawback of reducing the strength of the paper due to low-temperature, high-pressure nip processing. This issue has been resolved by the "Jacket Roll." With an induction heating mechanism that allows for flexible temperature settings by heating the roll itself, and a heat pipe mechanism that ensures uniform temperature across the entire surface of the roll, high-precision high-temperature calendering is achieved.
